Quality Coordinator
Ensure the quality and food safety of the manufactured products by establishing controls and verifications of the parameters established in all process operations with the objective of delivering the product for sale completely and on time.
Key Accountabilities
Ensure resources needed for the FSQ in the Manufacturing process implementation.
Stablish de FSQ people in manufacturing process functions and responsibilities.
Follow up people engagement, performance, and development.
Promote the strengthening of the culture of quality and safety in the manufacturing plant.
Follow up, implement and monitor preventive FSQ controls and verifications plan in all shifts of the factory. Ensure its updating and training of the personnel involved.
Food safety team member
Manage and implement KHMS Standards: Laboratory Management, Risk Assessment /FSQ Operational Risk Control - Food Safety Plan /Golden Rules 36 and Pasteurization.
Thermal treatment process authority role
Coordinate and Supervise the managing and implementation of KHMS Standards: Pest Control / Golden Rules 8 and 17
Supervise pest control service (supplier)
Coordinate RCA of SIRIS and product retained events due to non-compliance of standards.
Execute and follow up action plans. Measure effectiveness of the action plans.
Knowledge & Experience
Food Eng or Industrial Eng Bachelor degree
4-year experience in managing manufacturing process FSQ Systems (FSSC 22000 experience desirable)
English (intermediate)
Advanced HACCP and Pasteurization
knowledge/experience (2 years)
RCA Knowledge (Black Belt certification desirable)
