Job Summary
Responsible for supporting Quality program goals by assisting with proper workload documentation as well as providing daily support to Quality personnel and divisional partners.Job Description
- Based on established procedures, is responsible for reviewing documents to ensure accuracy.
- Provide phone administrative and communication support of for quality operations, including responding to inquiries, coordinating information flow, and maintaining quality-related documentation.inbound calls and directing calls as necessary; communication via email.
- Assists Owns tasks associatedin issuing with inventory management and implementation of Medline’s record retention policy.stock checks to QCs at the warehouses to check inventory.
- Assist with applying, altering, and removing incoming plant quality holds as requested by divisional partners.it pertains to responding to quality issues.
- Assist with coordination of travel and training for Branch Quality personnel as needed.of corrective actions as required by process deviations, procedure deviations, complaints, regulatory audits, customer audits, and internal audits.
- Complete weekly and monthly Prepare reports under direct supervision for management, customers etc. that track quality trends, holds, overtime, etc.
- Supports the effective execution of Medline's Quality Management System and Quality Policy to help ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- May occasionally require weekend shifts pending business need.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education
High School diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience
At least 1 year of prior experience in quality assurance or quality control.
Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).
Preferred Job Requirements:
FDA regulated industry experience.
Experience controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$20.25 - $29.25 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
