The Quality Coordinator is responsible for physician office clinical quality measures, incentive programs, quality education of clinical staff and infection control of a multi-specialty physician practice system.  Offices include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Endocrinology, Vascular Surgery, General Surgery, Urology, Neurology, Cardiology, Infectious Disease, Gastroenterology and OB/GYN located in various communities in the River Region.  This responsibilities of this position include coordination of data collection, clinic quality improvement initiatives, and incentive programs.  This individual demonstrates personal and professional responsibility, creates and maintains an environment that promotes mutual trust, acceptance, recognition and respect, and assumes responsibility for own professional development.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma, Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.  Active Alabama Registered Nursing License. Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse. Active Alabama Registered Nursing License.
