The Team

We are the Quality Assurance Department and we are focused on the various processes of certification and quality, where we seek to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding product conformity, environment, occupational safety and social responsibility.

The Role

Prozis is growing fast and new projects come up every day.

We have a new cereal and bakery factory and we need someone to ensure the quality support in this unit.

Your main tasks will be:

• Create quality control plans for our products;
• Make sure the procedures defined are implemented according with the group rules and good practices;
• Verify products quality standards;
• Accompany and find solutions for complains while implementing corrective actions;
• Support the occupational health and safety technician and take his/her place when necessary.  

You

You have a degree in biotechnology, food engineering or similar and are a certified health and safety technician (CAP level V). You have experience as a Quality Controller in the food industry and knowledge about quality certification processes such as HACCP, BRC/IFS. You are like Iron Man a tough super hero with all kind of weapons in his sleeve that allow him to adapt to different situations and at the same time an influential individual that has great communicational skills and is focused on the team.
