Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Quality Controller is responsible for providing technical expertise and support to ensure that manufacturing processes and products meet quality standards. This role involves conducting quality inspections, performing data analysis, and developing and implementing quality control plans. The Quality Controller works closely with cross functional teams to address quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Additionally, this role involves training and mentoring quality staff and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:

Ensuring Product Quality
• Conducting Quality Control Inspections (Incoming, outgoing etc.,)
• Performing Quality Assurance Tests
• Analyzing Product Defects and Implementing Corrective Actions
• Maintaining Product Quality Standards
• Collaborating with Production Team to Address Quality Issues

Ensuring Compliance with Regulations
• Staying Updated on Industry Regulations
• Implementing Quality Control Measures to Meet Regulatory Standards
• Conducting Audits and Inspections to Ensure Compliance
• Maintaining Documentation for ISO/Regulatory Requirements

Improving Manufacturing Processes
• Identifying Areas for Improvement in Manufacturing Processes
• Developing and Implementing Quality Improvement Plans
• Conducting Root Cause Analysis for Quality Issues
• Training Production Team on Quality Standards and Processes

Managing Quality Control Systems
• Implementing and Maintaining Quality Control Systems
• Monitoring and Analyzing Quality Control Data
• Identifying and Addressing Quality Control System Issues
• Implementing Process Control Measures to Improve Quality

Communicating Quality Concerns
• Reporting Quality Issues to Management

Qualifications:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field with at least 3 years of experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• In-depth understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
• Experience with conducting inventory audits and implementing process improvements.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve inventory issues
• Proven ability to influence and drive change across various levels of the organization.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
• Solid project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Skills Required
