Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods to verify compliance with established quality specifications and safety protocols.
• Execute routine testing procedures in the laboratory, including sensory evaluation, microbiological analysis, and physical measurements, to ensure product consistency.
• Collaborate closely with production teams to monitor operational workflows, offering real-time feedback to address any quality concerns immediately.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control activities, test results, and non-conformance reports in accordance with documentation standards.
• Assist in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and testing instruments to guarantee measurement accuracy.
• Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support to demonstrate adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
• Identify causes of quality issues and contribute to the development of corrective and preventive action plans.

Requirements Requirements
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 0-1 year of practical experience in quality control, preferably within the FMCG, food processing, or beverage manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and relevant food safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle variations in product quality and texture.
• Proficiency in conducting basic laboratory tests and utilizing standard quality control tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated integrity and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
