We are looking for a Quality Control professional to support dimensional inspection, documentation, and quality assurance activities in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional and final inspections of weldments and machined components.
- Complete and maintain dimensional logs and quality documentation.
- Investigate and help resolve non-conforming parts/customer issues.
- Review, create, and monitor quality programs, including ISO, TSSA, CWB, and related standards.
- Use inspection tools such as calipers, verniers, micrometers, dial indicators, and measuring tapes.
- Manage Material Test Reports (MTRs) and related documentation.
- Prepare and distribute complete quality packages, including drawings, dimensional logs, NDT records, MTRs, cover letters, and supporting documents.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in quality control/inspection, preferably within manufacturing, welding, or machining.
- Strong understanding of dimensional inspection and quality documentation.
- Comfortable using precision measuring and inspection equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of ISO, TSSA, CWB, NDT, and MTR documentation is an asset.
