We are looking for a Quality Control professional to support dimensional inspection, documentation, and quality assurance activities in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform dimensional and final inspections of weldments and machined components.
  • Complete and maintain dimensional logs and quality documentation.
  • Investigate and help resolve non-conforming parts/customer issues.
  • Review, create, and monitor quality programs, including ISO, TSSA, CWB, and related standards.
  • Use inspection tools such as calipers, verniers, micrometers, dial indicators, and measuring tapes.
  • Manage Material Test Reports (MTRs) and related documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute complete quality packages, including drawings, dimensional logs, NDT records, MTRs, cover letters, and supporting documents.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in quality control/inspection, preferably within manufacturing, welding, or machining.
  • Strong understanding of dimensional inspection and quality documentation.
  • Comfortable using precision measuring and inspection equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO, TSSA, CWB, NDT, and MTR documentation is an asset.
