Quality Control Specialist

As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our hybrid Bengaluru based team. We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist to contribute to our mission by working to ensure accuracy of survey links and integrity of the data collected. You will be a critical checkpoint in our delivery process, ensuring data quality, survey accuracy, and a seamless client experience at every stage.

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

In this role, you will

• Validate survey links, logic, and routing to ensure accuracy before and during fieldwork
• Review datasets and outputs to identify inconsistencies, errors, or risks to data integrity
• Partner closely with global Programming and Client Services team members to resolve issues quickly and prevent recurrence
• Execute quality checks against client specifications, ensuring all deliverables meet defined standards
• Track and communicate quality issues, trends, and resolutions across projects
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QC processes, tools, and workflows
  

 What We’re Looking For: 

• 1+ years of experience in Quality Control, Data Analysis, or a related role within market research or healthcare
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail with the ability to identify issues in survey logic, data, or outputs
• Proficient in Excel or similar tools for data review, tracking, and validation 
• Communicates clearly across teams to flag issues, align on fixes, and keep projects moving
• Operates effectively in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight timelines
• Shows curiosity and a strong willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes
• Fluent in English, with strong strong written and verbal communication skills
• Curiosity and openness to AI-enhanced workflows, tooling, and delivery models and exposure to using AI for development 
• Bonus points for experience in healthcare market research and familiarity with tools such as Decipher and ConfirmIT.
