Reporting directly to the QSS manager, the role of the Quality Control Specialist is crucial to our organization's success, as they are responsible for supporting and delivering results in multiple quality improvement initiatives.
In this position as Quality Control Specialist you are responsible for ISO Management System, ISO Document control, Customer requirement compliance, Product Compliance requirement from company group and local regulations tracking for improvement. Also give editorial support to colleagues who are creating and updating Quality documents related to the company’s Quality, Sustainability, and Safety System Management

Job Description

Quality System Related:

  • ISO Management System and ISO Document control.
  • Customer requirement compliance monitoring and implementation in organization.
  • Product Compliance requirement monitoring from company group and local regulations tracking for control and improvement.
  • Support in the creation, updating and maintenance of ISO-approved written work procedures in the documentary system.
  • Assist our colleagues in creating and writing Best Practices, Procedures, and Work Instruction, with the aim of ensuring that all processes are instructions, and standardized, enabling better collaboration and communication across departments and teams.
  • Ensure documentation is updated and complies with the organization and management rules.
  • Monitoring system to track the progress of each document through the approval process. Ensuring that the approval process is completed by the committed date.

Qualifications

  • University Degree on related
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in ISO management system, Customer requirement, Product compliance and ISO document control (writing, administration, and coordination) at least 2-4 years
  • Very competent specking, listening and written Thai and English.
