What You Will Do
- Lead quality assurance and quality control activities for assigned federal contracts.
- Conduct inspections, monitor contract performance, and verify compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze quality metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage the CMMS and ensure accurate reporting of inspections and work orders.
- Prepare quality reports, Quality Control Plans, and required contract documentation.
- Train employees on quality standards, SOPs, inspection processes, and system usage.
- Partner with Operations leadership to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers while supporting a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.

Education & Experience
- Associate degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, custodial operations, facilities management, or related operations.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Federal contract experience is a plus.

Skills Required
