The Role:
Inspect and test incoming & in-process material, production equipment, and finished products. Ensures that established manufacturing inspection, sampling and statistical process control procedures are followed. Evaluates and analyzes the efforts in organizing, documenting, and interpreting inspection support documents and records. Implement SPC monitoring and review.
In this role you will:

Make sure products ship to customer site can meet their quality requirements.
Incoming materials inspections and non-conformance materials disposal.
In-Line process quality assurance and non-conformance product handling.
Final goods inspections and generate related reports.
Quality records control and generate quality charts.
Participate quality improvement plan actively.
Provide timely response, records and actions for quality issues.
Support corporate related project or investigation.
Implement SPC monitoring and maintain the system.

2. Environment, Health and Safety
Follow all EHS and 5S guidelines and policies while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Complete all required safety training on time and participate in group safety activities.
3. Assigned Responsibilities
Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Ensure the highest product quality and compliance with Entegris Quality Systems, ISO, and relevant standards.
Verify that all production items meet quality requirements and are handled according to established procedures.

Effective communication skills; basic English proficiency is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
Familiarity with computer operations, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience with quality system (LIMS), SPC basic statistical methods, or statistical software packages is a plus.
