The PositionQuality Control Executive

Job Summary
  • Responsible for incoming, in process and finished good quality

  • Ensures that the product manufactured comply with defined Quality norms 

  • Prepares experimental design samples by mixing test batches in laboratory.

  • Contributes to the function in implementing Quality Control programs, assisting in preparing training manuals and quality guidelines.

  • Releases materials by evaluating all results and visual inspection methods; determining status of non-shippable & shippable material.

  • Maintains inventory of lab accessories; notifying manager as and when necessary

  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and legal regulations.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Record, analyse and report on the outcomes of quality inspections to the higher authorities.

  • Full and prompt investigation of issues and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

  • Assist in the completion of internal quality audits to ensure compliance with the company’s quality policy and procedures and any corrective actions.

  • Communicate all pertinent quality issues to the relevant Supervisors/Managers.

  • Diploma in ceramics engineering

  • 2-4 yrs of working experience (preferably in mineral processing industry)
