Key Responsibilities:
Record Keeping and Compliance Documentation:
Maintain meticulous records of all food safety measures, audit findings, and corrective actions taken.
Ensure all documentation is audit-ready and complies with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and other relevant standards3.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of food safety guidelines.
Facilitate communication between departments to address food safety concerns proactively.
Audit and Inspection Support:
Assist in preparing for third-party audits by organizing necessary documentation and coordinating audit logistics4.

Qualifications:
Educational Background:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Public Health, or a related field is preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Communication and Collaboration:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
