About the Role:


The Quality Control Coordinator is an entry-level position reporting directly to the Associate Director of Quality Control. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy, quality, and compliance of advertising assets—including ad copy, creative units, and campaigns—across digital platforms such as Meta, Google, and programmatic environments. Your attention to detail and ability to work across shifting priorities will be critical in helping us maintain a high standard of quality and brand integrity for our clients. The Quality Control Coordinator should have a keen eye to spot mistakes and exhibit strong time-management and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects at a time. 


Role Responsibilities:


  • Review and QC advertising assets (copy, creative, banners, and more) for grammar, spelling, consistency, formatting, and brand compliance—especially in automotive
  • Identify and escalate unclear or inconsistent directions; proactively troubleshoot and seek clarification from appropriate teams
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to prioritize QC tasks based on project deadlines and client needs
  • Keep internal QC documentation and process guidelines up to date
  • Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and timely in Asana and other project management tools
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Ops, Creative, Customer Success, and Growth) to maintain smooth workflows
  • Willingness to test new internal features or tools and provide structured, thoughtful feedback to improve our technology

Job Requirements:


  • 0-3 years of experience in administrative roles
  • Experience in reviewing digital marketing assets
  • Extremely strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow complex directions, but also think critically and independently when direction is missing or unclear
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and adjusting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent grammar, proofreading, and copy editing skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Docs
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team

Nice to Haves:


  • Experienced with copywriting and copyediting
  • Experience in the Automotive Industry
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry 
  • Familiarity with digital advertising formats and platforms (especially Meta and Google Ads).
  • Project management tools experience (Asana, Salesforce, etc.)

Compensation Package:

The total compensation package is made up of base compensation, equity, and benefits

New York Pay Range: $60,000 - $65,000
