As a Quality Control Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring every product that leaves our production line meets the highest standards.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keeping a close eye on production, ensuring it aligns with our strict specifications
- Performing hands-on visual, functional, and dimensional inspections
- Conducting detailed measurements and product-specific analysis (e.g., particle tests)
- Supporting new batch releases and ensuring everything is ready to go
- Investigating deviations and supporting continuous improvement
- Championing quality and supporting a culture of excellence, safety, and 5S
What You Bring:
- Secondary vocational education (mechanical technician or related)
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within quality control or production
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, MES systems)
- Basic knowledge of measurement and inspection techniques
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes
- Good communication, a proactive mindset, and a positive attitude
- Very good English – written and spoken
