Job Description
Essential Functions

- Independently prioritize and manage daily testing tasks.
- Conduct more complex testing and troubleshoot routine issues.
- Follow SOPs and WIs with precision and can provide feedback to improve SOPs and workflows.
- Take ownership of equipment maintenance, inventory oversight, and process documentation.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces.
- Contribute to cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Attend training sessions to gain knowledge of processes and compliance requirements.
Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Science, Biotech, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to execute tasks independently and troubleshoot routine issues.
- Demonstrated punctuality and accountability.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution and documentation.
- Commitment to safety and cleanliness in the lab/workspace.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and be open to feedback.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing workflows.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong work ethic and respect for company policies and procedures.
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications – Education and Experience
- 1–2 years of professional experience in QC, QA, or Manufacturing environments.
- Formal training or certification in quality control processes or ISO standards.
- Familiarity with a Quality Management System (QMS).
- Proven ability to identify and suggest process improvements.
- Recognized for contributing to team success and fostering a supportive work environment.
- Hands-on experience with inspection techniques and reliability analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and basic digital documentation platforms.
