leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a "Quality
Control Associate" based out of South San Francisco, CA.

Pay Rate : $29/hr on W2

The Bioassay Testing
group supports clinical and commercial products by performing biochemical,
immunological, and cell-based assays in a cGMP environment. This role
contributes to process development, product characterization, stability, and
lot release testing while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review,
verify, and release assay data (electronic and paper-based)
- Prepare
reagents and monitor assay performance and quality trends
- Present
assay results and support investigations as needed
- Maintain
Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and ALCOA+ data integrity standards
- Perform
routine lab maintenance, support 5S initiatives, and follow EHS safety
practices
Qualifications:
- B.S.
in Biological Sciences with 1–2 years of QC or relevant laboratory
experience
- Hands-on
experience with immunological and/or cell-based assays
- Experience
with aseptic cell culture and cGMP environments (required)
- Strong
attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective
written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency
with electronic documentation and data systems; experience with GxP
systems (e.g., SoftMax Pro, LIMS, Veeva QMS) highly preferred
