The Opportunity
Join our team to conduct essential analyses of commercial and clinical products. You'll manage data, maintain cGMP-compliant labs, and ensure product quality and safety. With minimal supervision, you'll assist in investigations, update SOPs, and leverage innovative techniques. Ideal for detail-oriented professionals committed to quality and innovation.

Current Good Manufacturing Practice and Data Handling: Proficient in cGMP practices, performing data collection, processing, and reporting for environmental monitoring and in-process testing.

Laboratory Expertise: Conduct microbiological and chemical assays, troubleshoot methods, and serve as a subject matter expert for assigned assays.

Investigations and Training: Initiate and conduct lab investigations, train others in lab techniques, and implement new technologies.

Team Collaboration: Work with a team for analytical testing, assist in data trending, data review, lab maintenance, and participate in non-routine projects.

Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety and environmental guidelines, report incidents, and ensure a positive safety culture.
Who you are
Education and Experience

BS/BA in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related science field.

3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Proficient in SOPs and chemical/microbiological assays.

Able to work independently and in a team.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

Office and lab settings, standing 8-10 hours daily.

Lift up to 30 lbs, climb 6 flights of stairs.

Clean room work with gowning, exposure to noise and hazardous materials.

Perform repetitive tasks; available for overtime, weekends, and holidays.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $49,000.00 - $91,000.00 Annually. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
