To meet our challenges we are looking for a Quality Control Analyst within the Quality team to be based at our Pantnagar unit.
Purpose
The purpose of Quality Control Analyst role is responsible for managing, developing and optimizing customer satisfaction through stringent monitoring of quality parameters, upskilling of process and commercial teams and involving in RCA wherever there is any process deviation.

The role ensures and working as part of QC team, you will be responsible for supporting overall site QC activities.

Key Accountabilities
- Sampling & Analysing the Finish product batches as per specification .
- Maintaining GLP & 5S .
- Reporting in Excell sheet daily.
- Ensure all lab equipment calibration on timely .
- ERP data doing QC.
- Party sample analysis & reporting.
- Training for packing & loading casuals about food safety.
- Facing audits.
- Responding to customer complaints.
- Gemba walk conducting in process area & compiles the report .
- Making COA of finish product batches .
- Release the material timely .
- Return material inspection & reporting .
- inspection of raw material & packing material.
- involving in RCA .
- Preparing periodic reports.
- Handling of HPLC .

Skills Required
- Graduation in science stream
- Minimum 2 years experience in food industries
- Experience operating and handling HPLC
- Knowledge of product testing, raw material testing, water testing, and sampling procedures
- Familiarity with GLP and 5S practices
- Experience with lab equipment calibration and maintenance
- Experience creating Certificates of Analysis (COA) and releasing material
- Experience using ERP systems for QC data entry
- Proficiency in Excel for daily reporting
- Experience participating in audits, customer complaint handling, and root cause analysis (RCA)
