Responsible for end-to-end plant logistics planning and execution, including freight coordination, finished-goods dispatch, inventory alignment, transporter and vendor management, cost optimization, warehouse coordination, compliance, safety, and logistics reporting. The role improves OTIF delivery, fleet utilization, freight costs, loading efficiency, and transport performance while coordinating production, sales, warehouses, customers, and logistics partners.

Leads the full lifecycle of technical and manufacturing training programs, including needs assessment, curriculum development, facilitation, administration, evaluation, and continuous improvement. Maintains training records, matrices, qualifications, and Workday Learning data while supporting audits and compliance. Partners with HR, manufacturing leaders, site leadership, and subject matter experts on onboarding, workforce capability, leadership development, and employee growth. The role is primarily onsite in a manufacturing environment and may support multiple shifts.

Leads process development, optimization, scale-up, technology transfer, troubleshooting, and manufacturing-support projects for starch, sugar, sweetener, and polyol production. Designs and analyzes laboratory, pilot-plant, and industrial trials; improves quality, yield, throughput, reliability, cost, safety, and sustainability. Partners with manufacturing, engineering, quality, HSE, and global technical teams, prepares technical documentation, mentors junior staff, and ensures regulatory and food-safety compliance.

Provides analytical and operational support for compensation programs across multiple countries. Responsibilities include market benchmarking, job evaluation, salary structure maintenance, incentive and merit cycle administration, pay equity analysis, HRIS data validation, reporting, compliance reviews, and consultation with HR partners and hiring managers. The role also supports payroll coordination, process improvement, documentation, and Total Rewards initiatives.

The HSE Specialist advises on safety measures, conducts plant inspections, investigates accidents, maintains records, and promotes safety training and committees.

The Account Manager will lead customer interactions in France/Benelux, manage accounts, deliver sales targets, and identify new opportunities for growth.
