Roquette is hiring seasonal production and maintenance operators for their Vecquemont site to work with potato transformation into various products. Positions include production operators, maintenance workers, and supply technicians, with training provided.

Support site QC activities including sampling and analysis of finished, raw, and packing materials; operate HPLC; maintain GLP and 5S; perform equipment calibration, ERP/Excel reporting, COA creation, audits, customer complaint response, RCA, and training for packing/loading staff.

The Plant Production Supervisor oversees shift operations, ensures safety and quality, manages production schedules, and coordinates with various departments to achieve production goals.

Lead process technology development and scale-up for pharmaceutical excipients, collaborating with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Commercial teams. Identify process improvements, apply chemical and engineering principles, develop analytical methods, support pilot-to-commercial scale-up, resolve manufacturing issues, and mentor colleagues while progressing toward people leadership responsibilities.

Lead and transform Quality across North America by deploying a harmonized Quality Management System and driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Supervise plant production to meet targets by enforcing SOPs and safety standards. Manage operators, monitor process variables, maintain equipment and records, coordinate lab sampling, and drive housekeeping, cost control and corrective actions.

The HSE Specialist advises on safety measures, conducts plant inspections, investigates accidents, maintains records, and promotes safety training and committees.

Manage safe, efficient country elevator operations including grain origination and merchandising, hedge position management, contracts and grain accounting, logistics, site maintenance, and supervision of full-time and seasonal staff while building strong farmer relationships.

Handle all accounting for grain purchases and sales including data entry, payments to farmer-suppliers, freight payables, daily merchandising and monthly reports, maintain grain accounting software, weigh and grade inbound/outbound grain, interact with operations, finance teams, suppliers and warehouse examiners, and provide merchandising backup. May require overtime and weekend work.

Lead site quality by implementing Roquette Total Quality System, manage operational quality team, drive audits and corrective actions, reduce Cost of Poor Quality, support IPC lab, ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement and cross-functional coaching.

The Account Manager will lead customer interactions in France/Benelux, manage accounts, deliver sales targets, and identify new opportunities for growth.
