This position is part of our PRIME division, operating under the S&S Activewear parent company. PRIME plays a key role in delivering specialized solutions while aligning with the broader mission and values of S&S Activewear.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position will focus on providing clerical support to the Compliance and Quality Teams.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

Hourly: $26.15 - $30.77 (based on experience)

Monday - Friday (4:30am - 5pm)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Compliance support includes:
  • Weekly testing of products using XRF machine – downloading the data, reporting weekly on any items that failed XRF testing.
  • Daily review of Overseas Inspection reports – approving/failing, filing reports in the product files, updating the overseas inspection database.
  • Assisting the Compliance Supervisor with special projects as required.
  • Update Databases (overseas, incoming, xrf, defective product database)
  • Inspection Standards
  • Update and upload e-filing information for products on a weekly basis (working closely with supply chain department)
  • Quality support includes:
  • Support Quality Supervisor with reporting and dispositioning defective product once identified
  • Transfer data from M4N incoming inspections to Supply Chain.
  • Act as a liaison between Compliance and Quality, communicating concerns or potential problems as they arise.
  • Prepare reports as required.

  • Solid time management and organizational skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks
  • Ability to compile large amounts of data and make recommendations
  • Ability to read and interpret job orders. Ability to listen effectively. Ability to effectively convey ideas and information to others
  • Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to a range of practical problems
  • Minimum of High School Diploma
  • Some experience in quality/inspections preferred
  • Some experience in product compliance preferred
