This Position reports to:
Continuous Improvement ManagerWe are looking for an experienced and technically proficient In this role you will support the deployment of the Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy for Finance & Accounting Operations and strengthen ABB’s Service & Performance (S&P) agenda for 2026 by bringing strong CI expertise, a transformation mindset, ERP-enabled process optimization (S/4HANA preferred), and finance domain fluency. You will coach teams, lead end-to-end CI initiatives, and ensure measurable, sustainable improvements in quality, delivery, cost, and stakeholder experience.

This role is contributing to the Finance Services business Global Service & Performance division in Bangalore, India.
- Supports the deployment of strategy and objectives for continuous improvement at a global organizational level.
- Escalating to relevant stakeholders, as necessary, to remove roadblocks that prevent the successful implementation and adoption of continuous improvement initiatives at local level and helping facilitate cases of conflicting priorities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensuring the continuous improvement approach and strategy deployed at local ABB unit level is aligned with the global strategy.
- Designing and facilitating significant process improvements with respect to Quality, delivery, and/or cost targets, meeting customer and stakeholder commitments in collaboration with local leadership.
- Work closely with finance delivery teams to identify and execute process improvements that drive operational efficiency and deliver strategic value to our stakeholders
- Providing training support by developing and maintaining training modules and toolkits aligned with business needs in collaboration with management at local level.
- Experience working in Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C) and Record to Report (R2R) functions, in Business Services market
- You have experience in Quality, Continuous Improvement, Lean or Operational Excellence roles
- You are passionate about implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization and demonstrate critical thinking skills
- You are Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification holder/practitioner/Agile Certification/ Project Management
- You have excellent presentation and communication skills, and you possess the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders, managers, and subject matter experts
- You hold a bachelor’s degree, Masters will be an advantage
- SAP working level knowledge is preferred
- At least 5-6 years of relevant experience and overall, 8 years of work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, high transaction team environment
