The Role

Viberoptix, part of the Fibrus Group of companies, deliver specialised fibre network build solutions from design, civils activities, cabling and splicing. We are seeking a Quality & Compliance Operative to join our team in NI. 


Job Title: Quality & Compliance Operative

Location: Northern Ireland, Site based

Role Summary

The Quality & Compliance team are responsible for overseeing defects and issues in the field. They will ensure that systems are updated in a timely and accurate manner and the provision of information to relevant parties.

The Role:

  • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure execution of PIA compliance standards
  • Maintain accurate and complete record of compliance assessments and follow the notification process to alert appropriate parties where compliance is not met
  • Work closely with he build teams to ensure a safe working environment
  • Support wider PIA team by providing field support; check and validate queries; and take photos
  • Adherence to health and safety while on site
  • General Administration duties

The Person:

  • Able to work autonomously with high level of attention to detail
  • Competent with iPads and IT
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrable organisation and time management skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Full valid driver licence
