As the Quality and Compliance Manager, you will oversee all compliance and quality standards within your portfolio, ensuring our operations meet regulatory requirements and deliver safe, reliable outcomes for customers and teams.
You will provide practical guidance on regulatory changes, partner closely with operations, and lead improvements to our compliance frameworks. The role includes conducting audits, reviewing SOPs, monitoring and investigating noncompliance, conducting root cause analysis and recommending practical solutions that prevent repeat issues. You will also track, assess and report on safety performance across your portfolio.
This is an opportunity to influence operational standards at scale and drive meaningful improvements across our freight network.
You’ll have:
- 3+ years’ experience in a quality, compliance or safety role.
- Relevant experience, with the ability to meet service standards and comply with workplace safety legislation and company practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging all levels of management.
- Demonstrated customer focus with the ability to anticipate and meet customer needs.
- High resilience and adaptability within complex and changing environments.
- Commitment to monitoring, maintaining and improving safety and compliance performance.
- Ability to empower and support others based on task requirements and context.
