The PositionAs an IT Business Analyst, you will act as a crucial catalyst for our digital transformation, empowering effective decision-making and continuous improvement across our end-to-end quality operations

The Opportunity:
Drive comprehensive business analysis to outline problems, identify opportunities, and deliver pragmatic software solutions to process owners
Implement and maintain critical quality management tools—such as the Global List of Approved Suppliers and Supplier Risk Scorecards—while performing necessary testing and validation
Design visually engaging training documentation by translating and mapping complex business processes to ensure cross-functional stakeholder alignment
Champion lean and agile ways of working by supporting process owners in troubleshooting issues and enhancing overall reliability and simplicity
Analyze large data sets to evaluate existing databases, extracting actionable insights that support external quality decisions and supplier-customer relationships
Act as an organizational change agent and digitization ambassador, proactively identifying, applying sound judgment to, and escalating potential quality or regulatory issues
Who You Are:
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Sciences (such as Pharmacy or Chemistry), or possess equivalent professional experience
You have demonstrated experience managing large datasets, utilizing advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and data visualization software like Tableau
You possess an agile, analytical mindset with a proven ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, pragmatic overviews and actionable recommendations
You are an exceptional communicator and quick thinker with strong organizational and time-management skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
You bring a strong foundation in problem-solving and IT infrastructure, with any additional knowledge of Python and R being a distinct advantage for this 12-month opportunity.
Additional Information:
Duration: This is a 12-month position.
Location: Based in Mississauga, Ontario. Our team follows a hybrid work structure requiring the majority of time in the office.
Full time (35 hours per week).
This position is not eligible for relocation support.
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 83 008,00 and 108 948,00 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company.We use artificial intelligence to screen, assess or select applicants for this role.
