Conduct internal and external quality audits, inspect incoming and finished products, document and report nonconformances, respond to customer inquiries, lead/support shift quality auditors, assist with inventory and cycle counts, and ensure products meet customer specifications.

What We’re Searching for:

Experienced Quality Auditor who will be responsible for conducting internal and external Quality Audits, documenting/reporting nonconformance's, responding to customer inquiries, and leading/directing daily activities of quality auditors within a fulfillment operation. Strong organizational, teamwork, and self-starter skills will lead you to success in this role.


How you will contribute

    • Perform inspections on all incoming and finished products within the production area to ensure finished products are made according to the customer’s specifications.
    • Participate in internal and external audits 
    • Inspect all materials/products to ensure no defects are present. Sort all defective materials and report accordingly. 
    • Assist with end-of-day inventory counts on production lines ensuring accuracy.
    • Review end-of-day counts with the Supervisor.
    • Participate in cycle counts as requested and participate in all physical inventory


What it takes

  • Proven Leadership abilities with the ability to direct/support Shift Quality Auditors  
  • Work on weekends if needed 
  • Computer Skills – Excel, Word, Quality System, and Inventory Mgmt. Software 
  • Excellent Observation and Organizational Skills 
  • Effective Communication (Oral/Written) and Training Skill Set 
  • HS Diploma/G.E.D.

Skills Required

  • Proven leadership abilities with ability to direct/support shift quality auditors
  • Experience conducting internal and external quality audits and documenting nonconformances
  • Inspect incoming and finished products, identify and sort defects, report findings
  • Computer skills: Excel, Word, quality system software, and inventory management software
  • Excellent observation, organizational, and effective oral/written communication skills
  • Training skill set (ability to train others)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work weekends if needed
