DATAMARK, Inc. is excited to announce a career opportunity for a Quality Auditor to join our dedicated team. The Quality Auditor will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our quality standards through effective auditing and feedback mechanisms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing processes and work products to ensure compliance with established quality standards and client requirements. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct audits of processes and systems to verify compliance with established quality standards.
- Analyze audit results and prepare detailed reports on findings.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members, assisting in performance improvement.
- Monitor ongoing quality metrics and implement action plans as needed.
- Stay informed of updates in processes and communicate changes effectively to team members.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training programs.
- Minimum Requirements:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a Quality Auditor position or similar role.
- At least 6 months of experience in a related project with a proven track record.
- Additional Qualifications:
- Must have completed at least 12 months with DATAMARK.
- A minimum of 6 months in the current process is required.
- No client escalations in the past 6 months.
- No behavioral or adherence issues reported in the last 6 months.
- Primarily sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
- Close visual acuity is required for tasks such as preparing and analyzing data, and extensive reading.
- Normal office environment with no adverse environmental conditions.
