Quality Assurance

Shero Albania is looking for a candidate who will be responsible for QA Testing across their eCommerce clients.

Responsibilities of a Senior QA: 

• Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and cases for manual and automated testing, focusing on manual testing, including regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Ensure company processes and standards are met.
• Identify, document, and track issues to closure.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Analyze risks associated with product releases and prioritize testing efforts accordingly.
• Work closely with the internal team and stakeholders to align QA efforts and project goals and communicate potential risks and their impact.
• Evaluate and implement testing tools and frameworks suitable for the project.
• Maintain and improve testing environments, ensuring they are efficient and scalable.
• Provide actionable insights based on test results to drive improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the team remains competitive.

Our Ideal  Candidate :

• Can speak and write in perfect English
• Has 3+ years of proven experience in QA and testing, preferably on eCommerce websites.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Ability to analyze complex systems, identify edge cases and foresee potential issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to lead testing efforts and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical issues and their implications to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation skills for creating test plans, reports, and guidelines.
• Openness to change and ability to adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.
• Flexibility in handling multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Advocating for quality at every stage of the development lifecycle.
