What you'll do:

  • Be part of a software engineering team, directly contributing to feature validation and homologation for front and back-end platforms
  • Ensure the Acceptance Criteria
  • Participate in the refinement meetings to understand the requirements of the next testing cycle, raising blocks if needed
  • Actively participate in the Agile rituals
  • Ensure the bugs are properly reported with all necessary information
  • Advocate for the user experience when communicating with product, design, and tech
  • Identify problems, risks and dependencies, escalating and managing when necessary
  • Promote and defend the best practices within the team and across the business
  • Partner with colleagues to build and maintain tooling for test development, automation, and release process improvements
  • Manage test repositories
  • Monitor our tests results


What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering/computer science or Information Technology related areas
  • Professional experience in software testing using black box testing techniques
  • Experience with manual API testing / documentation
  • In-depth understanding of test concepts at all stages of the software development lifecycle
  • Comprehensive analytical skills
  • Experience in test specification, preparation, execution and reporting
  • Experience in defect analysis and reporting
  • Experience with backend test automation, preferably using Cypress
  • Experience with load testing
  • Familiarity with async flows and messaging queues (like RabbitMQ, Azure Event Hub, Kafka, ...)
  • Familiarity with Git
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (preferable Azure DevOps) and processes
  • Advanced english
