Summary: Essential Accountabilities include but are not limited to the following:
● Ability to read and understand Technical Data, work instructions, BOMs, and engineering drawings (electrical and mechanical).
● Verify wiring, signal integrity, and control logic using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
● Troubleshoot and resolve issues in control systems including sensors, relays, contactors, and communication interfaces.
● Maintain electrical power systems, in an industrial setting with ranging from, but not limited to 12-240v DC and 120-480 AC.
● Knowledge Variable Frequency Drives (VFD). Configure and troubleshoot using local interface and communication software.
● Proficient in conducting electrical and mechanical testing procedures to ensure finished products and assemblies meet expected company quality standards.
● Experience with electrical circuits: continuity, motor loading, and using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, process meters, and current probes to ensure compatibility and communication of system components.
● Inspect repaired and overhauled equipment and components using approved quality standards and data as the means for acceptance.
● Assist in audits, special projects, and R&D interfacing with engineering to ensure compliance with appropriate regulations, specifications, and the creation of testing procedures.
● Monitor the use of equipment and calibration requirements to ensure safe, accurate operation.
● Evaluate quality control processes and make recommendations for improvements in quality control.
● Train the quality and manufacturing teams on quality control measures to improve product excellence.
● Use test instrumentation and control components such as HMIs, thermocouples, RTDs, variable frequency drivers, load cells, and relaying.

● Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot PLC's / programs is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate or, 2+ years of experience in electrical control testing or industrial automation Electronics Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial communication protocols.
Physical Requirements:
● Position may require extended work hours and weekend work.
● Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted, lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this position.
● Ability to work in a high-concentration, high-stress environment with prolonged mental concentration and acute attention to detail.
● Must be able to stand for extended periods - 8 hours minimum.
