Senior Quality Engineer

Currently we are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our Littelfuse Quality Team. In this role you will oversee testing, measurement, and inspection processes while leading a team and working with advanced measurement tools.

This role is based on-site in Kaunas and reports directly to Quality & Environmental Systems Supervision Manager.

• Lead and train team members in measurement and inspection processes

• Supervise functional and optical testing, geometrical measurements, and visual inspections

• Prepare reports and technical specifications for project activities and serial production

• Manage documentation to ensure all parts have proper inspection, measurement, and verification instructions

• Identify areas for improvement, recommend process changes, and lead relevant updates

• Participate in workshops and projects related to function and department activities

• Functional testing of final goods

• Manage a team with direct reports

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, ideally in electronics or a similar industry

• Hands-on experience with measurements and inspections

• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies

• Verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong technical and analytical skills with high attention to detail

• Clear and effective communication skills

• Experience in leading and supporting a team would be an advantage

• Familiarity with SAP is a plus but not required

The salary range for this position is 2800 EUR gross – 3300 EUR gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
