We are looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee quality assurance processes within the Business Operations Department, ensuring contract compliance, accuracy, and adherence to performance standards and deadlines. This position is a full-time contract role based in Boca Raton.
What You’ll Do
Oversee the workload of the work unit to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of daily and weekly tasks
Assign and distribute work effectively to meet aggressive deadlines
Communicate proactively and effectively with department team leaders, supervisors, and managers
Manage human resource functions including training, evaluations, coaching and mentoring, and recommendations for salary increases, promotions, and corrective action
Review and approve employee timesheets and leave requests
Assist with the preparation, production, and analysis of data results and KPI reports in agreed-upon formats
Develop, document, and maintain department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Analyze performance data and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to management
Support day-to-day operations management to ensure key performance metrics are met and maintained
Train, evaluate, and mentor staff members, including guidance of contracted staff to meet program goals and objectives
Perform other duties or special projects as assigned or required
What You’ll Need
Required:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Management experience with strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and related reporting tools
Demonstrated leadership skills in a team-based environment with the ability to motivate and empower employees
Ability to analyze trends, see the big picture, and conceptualize outcomes
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong teamwork, flexibility, and mentoring skills
Preferred:
Experience working in business operations, compliance, or quality-driven environments
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional movement to attend meetings
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$28 - $31.22 per hourThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
