Salary: $75,000–$102,000 annually

What You’ll Do
- Support and maintain site quality programs and the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Coach and train production employees on quality standards, HACCP, regulatory requirements, and procedures.
- Partner with Production and Operations to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects.
- Help implement updated policies and procedures as regulations change.
- Monitor quality performance and identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Support investigations and resolution of customer complaints.
- Build a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 1+ year of progressive QA experience in food, feed, agriculture, manufacturing, or a related science field; or qualifying Land O’Lakes rotational program experience.
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with problem-solving and root cause analysis.
- Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and integrity.
- Preferred: 2+ years of QA experience in food/feed manufacturing, supervisory or regulatory experience, and knowledge of FDA requirements, HACCP, and quality management systems.
