Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and support the development, execution, and documentation of validation activities for equipment, systems, and related processes.
  • Oversee quality assurance procedures to help ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal standards, and industry best practices.
  • Review validation protocols, reports, deviations, and related documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Evaluate existing quality and validation processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and compliance readiness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and regulatory stakeholders, to support quality objectives.
  • Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and technical support to team members involved in quality validation activities.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in quality assurance, validation, compliance, or a related function within a regulated industry.
  • Working knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, quality systems, validation principles, and industry current practices.
  • Ability to review technical documentation, identify compliance risks, and recommend practical process improvements.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, or supervise team members in a professional environment.
