Job DescriptionJob Brief:
The role is responsible for executing quality assurance activities of moderate complexity, ensuring that the GBS Operations meets its quality standards. This role involves performing quality checks, analyzing QA data, and supporting the implementation of QA initiatives.
Responsibilities & Duties
Perform quality checks and audits on GBS processes and services in compliance with quality standards, service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures.
Analyze QA data and report findings to the QA Process Lead.
Prepare audit reports and highlight areas of non-compliance or improvement.
Collaborate with other team members to address quality issues.
Maintain accurate records of QA activities and results.
Participate in the QA Calibration process.
Assist in developing and updating QA documentation and manuals.
- Escalate issues and recommend resolutions to the Team Lead for timely resolution. May support junior members of the team in addressing routine issues within the assigned processes.
Propose alternatives in identified issues and assist in investigating and in resolving common and unusual issues.
Contribute to providing feedback and process improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity.
Contribute specialized expertise to different assigned projects and may provide key updates to Team Lead and Manager.
Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Must be willing to work on a fixed night shift and 3 days onsite per week.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field and/or at least 2 years of relevant work experience in QA
- Knowledge of QA processes and standards.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools (Word/PowerPoint/Outlook/Excel/Visio) and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
- Experience working in an outsourcing, shared services, or similar model within a similar function.
- Experience in the use of other HR Systems e.g. Workday, ServiceNow, Power BI other QA platforms and tools is preferred.
- Understanding of Process Mapping Tools and Methodology is advantageous.
