A Day in the LifeThe Quality Assurance function is responsible for driving quality, consistency, and continuous improvement across business processes, operational activities, and service delivery. The team partners with cross-functional stakeholders to establish quality standards, enhance operational performance, and support scalable business practices through process optimization, project execution, and digital transformation initiatives.
This position follows a hybrid work arrangement.

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for supporting quality assurance programs, process improvement initiatives, and operational excellence activities across the organization. This role partners with stakeholders to evaluate processes, identify opportunities for improvement, manage quality-related projects, and help implement automation and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions that enhance efficiency, consistency, and business outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes, standards, and documentation to support operational consistency and compliance.

  • Conduct quality reviews and audits to evaluate adherence to established procedures and service level expectations.

  • Analyze quality trends, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve performance.

  • Evaluate business processes and lead initiatives focused on process optimization, standardization, and operational efficiency.

  • Manage cross-functional quality improvement projects, including planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and execution.

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process documentation.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline manual activities through automation and AI-enabled solutions in partnership with business and technology teams.

  • Monitor quality and project metrics, prepare reports, and communicate performance insights, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, process improvement, business operations, project management, or a related business function.

  • Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

  • Experience creating, maintaining, and improving business processes, standard operating procedures, or quality documentation.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, UiPath, or similar technologies.

  • Experience using artificial intelligence tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other generative AI solutions in a business environment.

  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, or Project Management methodologies.

  • Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing.
