About the role:
As a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist, you will bridge hands-on technical execution with data-driven process improvement. Reporting to the QA Senior Lead, you will own quality audits, defect investigations, and process validations on the production floor. You will monitor site-level metrics, investigate production risks, and drive root cause analyses across print-on-demand methods (DTG, DTF, EMB, SUB). This is a global role: beyond local site quality, you will own specific production techniques network-wide, driving quality standards across all facilities.
Your daily tasks will include:
Auditing: Perform regular process and SOP adherence audits; support global site audits as needed.
Analytics: Use PowerBI, Looker, and Jira to monitor quality metrics, identify trends, and propose data-backed improvements.
Investigations: Lead root cause analyses for production rejections, customer complaints, and high-priority escalations.
Escalation Management: Serve as the point of contact for quality escalations; coordinate corrective actions and communicate resolutions.
Collaboration: Partner with Production, R&D, and Engineering to communicate gaps, support testing, and integrate new product launches.
Documentation: Maintain quality standards, control guidelines, and product placement documentation.
Project Ownership: Execute internal projects and support leadership-led initiatives.
Your qualifications:
Technical Aptitude: Experience with print-on-demand production (DTG, embroidery, sublimation) and quality control methodologies.
Analytical Mindset: Data-driven problem solver; experience translating metrics into actionable corrective actions.
Strong Execution: Ability to structure tasks, manage multiple investigations, and maintain attention to detail.
Communication: Professional English fluency; ability to present data and coordinate cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.
Adaptability: Ability to balance desk-based analysis with intensive, on-the-floor audits.
Mobility: Willingness to travel (up to 10-15%). Background in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or QMS is a plus.
