Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support agency-wide quality improvement and compliance efforts. This role focuses on monitoring documentation quality, supporting CCBHC standards, and collaborating with internal teams to promote continuous performance improvement and adherence to state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support compliance with Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) quality standards.

• Conduct and support chart audits to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality documentation.

• Track, analyze, and report quality data and documentation trends.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and support corrective action plans.

• Assist with preparation and participation in state audits and fidelity reviews.

• Analyze audit outcomes and support follow-up actions to ensure standards are met.

• Identify training or coaching needs and collaborate on implementation of quality improvement strategies.

• Work collaboratively and independently to meet quality improvement and compliance deadlines.

• Participate in agency committees, workgroups, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in human services or a related field

• Degree in Human Services or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, auditing, or healthcare documentation review.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Experience analyzing data and identifying trends.

• Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office.

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
