Job DescriptionAs a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will:
- Perform quality checks on customer installation plans
- Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to provide feedback
- Guide new Technical Account Managers in installation plan compliance
- Implement new methods to improve processes, including AI applications
- Document and report issues found during installation plan checks
- Compile statistics and KPIs on general quality using Hubspot and Google Sheets
- Support the team in staying updated with the latest developments
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant technical field (preferred)
- Experience in quality control checks and compliance (highly preferred)
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence and its applications
- Excellent spatial awareness and ability to interpret technical plans
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with HubSpot, Google Sheets, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in English, Dutch highly preferred
