Babcock & Wilcox (B&W) is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to support quality oversight across a variety of projects. In this role, you will collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure quality requirements are consistently implemented throughout fabrication and project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure B&W quality standards and project specifications are applied throughout project execution.
  • Partner with project management, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to achieve quality objectives.
  • Coordinate inspections and oversee documentation of quality activities, inspections, and testing results.
  • Support the identification, investigation, and resolution of non-conformances and corrective actions.
  • Review and maintain project quality plans, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Assist with ISO, ASME, and other certification audits.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to quality systems, processes, and supplier performance.
QualificationsRequired
  • Vocational or technical education, or equivalent experience.
  • Five (5) years of relevant experience may be substituted for formal education requirements.
