Position Essential Functions
Develops and implements processes and procedures to improve quality throughout the organization. This may include developing a Quality Policy, quality standards and measures, and frequency of quality review.
Contributes to testing by creating test scripts, coordinating/facilitating User Acceptance Testing and assisting with Regression Testing.
Owns or assists with preparation of a variety of project-associated documentation (including training materials, process mapping, and user manuals).
Owns/manages User Acceptance Testing including creation of test scripts.
Supplements functional, regression and system testing as determined by project team.
Owns full test cycle on small projects.
Performs inspections or reviews of finished and/or initiated project, work product, process, procedure, or system.
Analyzes data and identifies trends in defects or error.
Investigates quality failures and recommends changes to internal processes, procedures, or system to prevent future quality issues.
Assesses and reports on the impact of process changes on quality.
Monitors vendors or suppliers for compliance with established and contracted quality standards.
Gathers and maintains all documents, findings, and reports according to agency standards.
Leads assigned business staff assigned in connection with quality assurance initiatives or UAT.
On-site attendance is an essential function of the position, as the role requires direct interaction with staff, clients, and on-site office resources.

Physical Demands/Work Environment
Work is typically performed in the office setting with climate-controlled settings and exposure to noise levels determined by the office environment. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is required to talk, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms requiring periods of sitting or standing and daily use of computer and phone. It also requires the occasional use of the office machinery in accordance with safety and security protocols.
Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience in quality management.
Preference may be given to individuals with experience leveraging WebDriver with Python.
Preference may be given to individuals with experience developing regression test suites with Selenium.
Special Skills/Requirements/Preferences
Candidates must have knowledge of quality tools and processes; strategies, such as total quality management (TQM); applying quality management techniques to agency systems of delivery; and customer service
Skills required at this level include skill in conducting an internal audit; organization and planning; and collaboration.
Abilities required include the ability to communicate technical language to a variety of audiences with varying degrees of quality management knowledge in an understandable manner, both in oral and written form; maintain and gain new knowledge of quality management techniques.
Employee must be capable of lifting, carrying, and moving objects of up to 25 pounds.
