The Quality Assurance Specialist is a multi-task-oriented position requiring excellent customer service and organizational skills, computer literacy and attention to detail. After ensuring the documentation is prepared efficiently and accurately, the Quality Assurance Specialist must review the documents with the new owners and ensure the product and the company was presented properly to the buyers. Responsibilities
  • Help new owners comprehend paperwork and contracts, assisting with reservations and ensuring they feel confident about their purchase.
  • Directly responsible for follow-up and post-sale contact with new owners to assist in the reduction of cancels and kicks.
  • Responsible for working closely with the Sales and Hospitality team to maintain a high quality of customer service.
  • Provides technical assistance, support, and advice to owners regarding the product and services associated with ownership.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of general office experience.
  • Bilingual required
  • Ability to type 45wpm
  • Customer Service and quality fundamentals and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively
  • Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately, strong interpersonal communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Nevada Timeshare or Real Estate license preferred or ability to pass the Timeshare exam if offered
