Quality Assurance Specialist (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to support the Global QA activities and office operations. The role combines quality system support with strong administrative and coordination responsibilities in an international, regulated environment. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Your day at Ferring 

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to Senior Management

• Support Quality Management System within the creation of change controls, deviations, inspections, audits)

• Manage training records and learning management activities

• Maintain third-party customer and QA documentation

• Support distribution center and warehouse-related quality activities, including product release support

• Assist with finance-related administration (purchase orders, invoices, expenses)

• Support reporting, metrics collection, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Support within the technical release process (check the batch, data correct, open deviation)

Behind our innovation…There’s you 

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar administrative, quality or support role

• College degree or higher (yes?)

• Fluent in Englisch and Dutch (written and spoken)

• Preferred experience in a regulated (GxP) environment

• Strong organizational skills, accuracy and ability to multitask

• High level of integrity, discretion and reliability

• Ability to work in small, international team

• Preferred experience with Quality Management Systems (e.g Veeva, TrackWise)

• Experience with ERP or finance systems is a plus (e.g Coupa, SAP)

• Preferred experience supporting audits or inspectation
