Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a new team member who is eager to make a real difference as a Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d). This position plays an important role in supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our quality processes, ensuring compliance, consistency, and excellence across all production and organizational levels. • Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with organizational and ISO requirements.

• Assist in developing and maintaining control plans to ensure product and process quality throughout the production lifecycle.

• Coordinate issue management activities, supporting timely problem resolution, root-cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.

• Contribute to ISO compliance initiatives by maintaining documentation, supporting certification activities, and assisting with internal and external audits.

• Support the development and execution of quality inspection processes to monitor performance, identify deviations, and drive continuous improvement.

• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate quality standards into daily operations and project activities.

• Create, update, and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and audit records.

• Provide guidance and training to employees on quality processes, tools, and best practices.

• Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend corrective or preventive actions.

• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to support quality objectives and continuous improvement efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality-focused role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, EN9100) and experience supporting compliance activities.

• Hands-on experience in control planning, issue management, and inspection systems setup.

• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.

• Passion for driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of quality excellence.

• Proactive communicator with strong collaboration skills across departments.

• Self-driven and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Fluent in English & German.
