What you will do!
The role of a person in this position is to ensure that ICON translations meet the required quality standards by
-
daily production team support
-
performing quality assurance activities that do not require the knowledge the verified language (e.g. formatting, layout, titles, key points, numbers and key terminology, instructions compliance), identifying and fixing issues
-
owning the team’s quality assurance process, and continuously seeking areas for improvement, raising quality concerns, identifying patterns, common issues and training gaps, and proposing solutions

liaising with Quality team and acting as a bridge between the two teams
-
proactively contributing to global quality initiatives
-
conducting trainings and workshops for the team to ensure compliance with quality standards, and supporting PM training by revising project details and completing quality assurance tasks

owning and coordinating tasks related to various initiatives and projects at business level
