Your Contributions to the Organization will be to:
Daily tasks include coordinating complaint activities including logging, sample management, investigation, customer response, etc.
Utilize the local Decision Tree for determination of Health Canada reportability and timelines
Complete and submit required Health Canada reports
Work with other departments and business units to facilitate complaint activities
Create and communicate local metrics on an ongoing basis to identify trends, and highlight opportunities with our business partners
Support team activities and coverage actions
This Job might be for you if have:
0-2 years of experience, preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Applied comprehensive knowledge of the Health Canada Food and Drug Act, Canadian Medical Devices Regulations, Drug Regulations and GMP, Natural Health Product Regulations, Cosmetics and Consumer Regulations.
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Looker, Veeva Vault, preferred
Highly organized, problem solving, analytical and focused
Proven communication skills (verbal, written and presentation skills)
Demonstrates detail-oriented attention in all facets of responsibilities
Bilingual in French as an asset
