Impact

You will be part of the cross-border delivery team that designs and develops cloud-based offerings targeting the medium and large sized Pitney Bowes customer base. You will be deeply involved in testing Micro services for cross border product including collaborating across the organization with architects, product managers and other software developers. You will use your QA expertise by making sure the highly scalable cloud solutions in an agile setting to mentor and guide the rest of the team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design test cases and test a cloud based scalable, extensible, reliable, and maintainable web services.

• Work with cross-functional teams to test and automate innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers

• Evaluate and incorporate new technologies into new and existing frameworks and solutions as applicable

• Collaborate with and mentor members of the team and other coworkers

• Be agile and embrace change

Required Skills: 

• UG - B. Tech/B.E. OR PG – M.S. / M. Tech in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline

• At least 5 years’ experience designing test cases and automating the testing of large scale, mission critical and high availability web applications

• Demonstrable experience with web technology stack, including but not limited to: SOAP & REST APIs testing, AWS, XML, JSON, Groovy, Java, SoapUI, and different automation frameworks.

• Well versed in testing Java applications.

• Strong knowledge of Database concepts and well-versed in writing the SQL queries.

• Well versed in test tools like JMeter. - Performance Testing

• API/UI automation.

• Knowledge of the CI-CD and deployment processes.

• Having DevOps knowledge and automation of key tasks in CI/CD pipeline and any associated tools would be an added advantage.

• Solid understanding and prior use of general testing concepts and automated testing practices and frameworks is required.

• Works in an agile team and collaborates on an ongoing basis with other team members Analyzes designs develops tests debugs implements maintains and or enhances existing or new systems that are reliable and efficient

• Should have a passion for learning building new products and strong teamwork

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse and distributed product teams in an agile environment
