About the Role

The Quality Assurance Representative serves as the final step in the sales process, ensuring every transaction is completed accurately, ethically, and in compliance with company standards. You'll review contracts with new owners, verify purchase details, answer questions, and help create a positive ownership experience while protecting both the customer and the company.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct professional contract closings with new owners.

  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of purchase documents.

  • Review contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Educate owners on their purchase and answer questions regarding ownership.

  • Help reduce contract cancellations by reinforcing the value of ownership while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

  • Prepare and organize contract files for funding and document management.

  • Download, label, and maintain required QA recordings and documentation within established timelines.

  • Identify potential misrepresentation concerns and communicate findings to Sales Management.

  • Assist with cancellation retention efforts while following all company procedures.

  • Maintain accurate records and complete administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.

  • Partner with Sales Leadership to ensure the integrity of the sales process.

Qualifications
  • Previous Quality Assurance or Sales experience within the Vacation Ownership/Timeshare industry preferred.

  • Notary Public (or ability to obtain and maintain Notary credentials).

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Strong computer and typing skills.

  • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.

  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
