About the role:

The Quality Assurance Review Manager plays a key role in embedding quality and compliance into daily operations. As a strategic partner to the business, this role leads quality assurance reviews to ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The manager drives continuous improvement by identifying systemic issues, promoting accountability, and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and report on quality assurance reviews across the Direct Lending branch network
  • Apply standardized QA procedures and tools to ensure consistency and rigor
  • Advise business leaders on quality trends, control gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Analyze review findings and performance data to identify root causes and systemic risks
  • Monitor compliance with internal controls, procedures, and regulatory obligations
  • Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Operations to align QA with enterprise goals
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through transparent reporting and follow-up
  • Track and report QA metrics, including issue remediation and stakeholder feedback

What we’re looking for:

  • University degree in business, economics, finance, or relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in QA, audit, risk, compliance, or process improvement
  • Strong knowledge of QA frameworks, testing protocols, and regulatory expectations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to assess risks and form opinions and management recommendations.  
  • Experience with Process management, Quality standards and measurement
  • Communication & Influence: Delivers clear, actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Collaboration: Builds strong relationships across control and business teams

What you can expect - pay & process:

  • Expected base salary range is $85 000.00 - $100 000.00, plus the opportunity to earn an annual incentive bonus tied to performance.
