About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to collaborate closely with our client and project managers in defining and executing test strategies and plans. You will lead the creation and execution of test scenarios, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure the highest quality of software applications through proactive regression testing and close collaboration with development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Define test strategies and test plans in coordination with clients and project managers.
Write and execute test scenarios or delegate execution to fellow testers.
Adapt test approaches and plans based on project changes, release schedules, and progress.
Develop and maintain regression tests to guarantee application quality.
Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and unblock testing.
Provide clear, regular progress reports on testing activities and plans.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Excellent knowledge of testing technologies, tools, and techniques.
Strong understanding of information system quality assurance and control practices.
Experience with quality procedures and software development methodologies.
Knowledge of Test Management and Defect Tracking tools.
Experience managing test data with relational databases.
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
Certifications (Desirable):
ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager or equivalent certification.
